The folks here were very efficient and very polite. It's always good to see both professionalism and service with a smile. Additionally the car they gave me already had a full tank of gas, which is an improvement over other places I've been.

I had the occasion recently, to use your services. My initial contact was a one way from Port Hueneme to Palm Springs. That rental went alright. At the end of my stay in P.S. I attempted to rent a return vehicle to PH and was unable to do so through the P.S. location. Because I have not used a credit card for 20 years, I have used a debit card. I have been a customer for that whole time.That is until P.S. As I was there for work I didn't have a bill with my temporary address and because I was going outside a 20 mile radius could not rent from their location. This after taking $298 previously, they would not rent a return vehicle for $85. I called the Cathedral City location but they didn't want to go outside of their boundary, until I called, explained the situation and the manager went out of his way to accommodate me. I then found a reservation I'd made that was for that location. Frankly, because I didn't know where I was staying for a month, I am surprised I had the confirmed reservation. They upgraded me to a larger vehicle and I drove it back without incident. I also needed another car a week later and was, as always, taken care of in Port Hueneme. Bottomline, Port Hueneme and Cathedral City? 5☆s Palm Springs? 2☆s because of the initial contact + later. Overall, my first choice is always Enterprise.

Super friendly staff, focused on getting you in and out as fast as possible. Baylee is amazing. I always feel like family when I talk to her. She makes sure everything is taken care of. Brought my 4 year old son in and she was great with him. This place is definitely unlike its surroundings. A great business in a less than perfect area
